Ingredients: - Rinds from 4-5 lemons - 1/4 cup of vegetable oil - 1/4 cup of kosher salt Instructions: 1. Boil your lemon rinds for about 30 minutes until softened 2. Transfer the rinds to a bowl 3. Add the oil and salt 4. Store in the fridge WARNING! these will be salty. The salt helps to keep them preserved, if too salty you can always rinse before using, but typically I just don’t include
