Cutting leather on my ShopBot CNC. First bit is a standard 1/8” upcut spiral making rivet holes. Then, the drag knife I’m using a Donek D4 drag knife cutting .093 thick leather. Check Donek’s site for specs on the D1, D2, D3 and D4 knives. I used a profile toolpath with a lead. The lead lets the dragknife orient itself to the toolpath. No ramp needed.
