I love Nopalitos! The other day I prepared this easy guisado de Nopalitos. Sauté onions, garlic and Serrano pepper in preheated avocado oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add fresh nopales. Reduce heat to below medium. Continue cooking until all the liquid evaporates. I add crushed Chile de arbol, cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
